A few points to consider for the Spring season.

• No coaching from the sidelines. Coaching from sidelines may confuse the players with what they are instructed to do.
• Sit back and enjoy the level of play and be positive win or lose. Everyone will have a bad touch. Reinforce the positive play instead of the negatives. The glass is half full not half empty.
• The tournaments we play have high competition levels.  We may not win one, but we expect to be competitive. This is not about winning trophies, but competing with the state's top teams.
• As this team has always done, continue to show respect to the referrees, parents, coaches and other teams players.
